ZeroFox seeks a Sales Operations Systems Administrator who will be responsible for the administration and support of the suite of Sales Operations products employed by Zerofox (Clari, Salesforce and Gong). This includes system configuration, (maintenance, system enhancements/upgrades, etc.), creation of reports and dashboards, end-user training and data integrations, and ensuring data hygiene and integrity. This role collaborates with internal functional leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a high-growth environment.

Role and responsibilities

  • Update and maintain Salesforce system documentation and Salesforce Best Practices
  • Act as primary contact for all Clari and Salesforce reporting requests including support of metrics and revenue reporting, territory penetration and evaluation, support in preparation of marketing campaigns, and others as requested
  • Develop and maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, access levels, hierarchies, etc.
  • Manage and maintain relevant third-party systems
  • Develop a solid understanding of sales department-specific business processes
  • Develop and document department-specific views, processes, fields, notifications, reports, custom objects, page layouts and workflows
  • Provide day-to-day end-user support including implementation, user adoption, system configuration and maintenance, formulas, testing, data integrity, backups, and others as identified
  • Utilize analytical skills to respond to requested additions/change
  • Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
  • Manage data imports, database deduping and database cleanup for data accuracy

Required qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
  • Salesforce administration or related experience in a tech/SaaS high-growth environment, typically obtained in 3+ years
  • Hands-on experience with the administrative side of any of the following: Gong / Clari / Outreach / 6Sense / Zoominfo / Leandata
  • Experience building out technical documentation and training programs for sales / marketing
  • Strong Salesforce experience; custom reporting / dashboarding, backend processes / flows / process builders, object relationships, field types
  • Good presentation skills with a background in technology enablement

Desired qualifications and skills

  • Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts

  • This position will report to the Vice President, Sales Operations
  • This role is based out of our office in Baltimore, MD (hybrid)
  • This role requires occasional work on nights and weekends as needed.
